jackpot report week 22

Our Jackpot report week 22 brings you right up to date with what’s been happening with the biggest progressive jackpots during last week. (Image from Tima Miroshnichenko at pexels.com)

It has been a period of rebuilding for the majority of the progressive jackpots we are tracking for this report. We had a run of jackpot wins, which means that many are well below the averages in terms of jackpot amount and payout frequency. In the last week and a half, more than £20 million has been paid out from the jackpots we keep an eye on. The biggest win came from Mega Moolah, the most famous progressive jackpot slot of all. It paid out £12.8 million a few weeks back.

As an example of how popular Mega Moolah is, you will see in the table that accompanies this article that it has already grown to be the third-largest jackpot on the list despite that recent payout. A £1 million jackpot seed helps, but it has still grown a further £2.8 million in size in three or so weeks.

There was a jackpot win of note to report on in the last seven days. Although not a jackpot slot we currently track, we can reveal that RealTImeGaming’s Aztec’s Millions slot was the biggest jackpot that paid out last week. Won after we wrote last week’s report, some lucky punter took down $1,281,486, which is well below its average win of $2,080,196.

If you are new to progressive jackpots and want to learn more about how they work, the developers that offer them, and the titles you can play, then head to the most extensive casino jackpot guide you will find online.

WowPot is Still the Biggie Ready to Create a Huge New Winner!

You only have to glance at the table below to see the top jackpot. That is the WowPot from Microgaming. It is almost double the total offered by Playtech’s Jackpot Giant progressive slot. The great thing about this network, and indeed Microgaming’s Mega Moolah progressive jackpot network, is that you have a choice of slots to play. They all contribute to the jackpot.

As for the rest of the jackpots, while our table says now is probably not the best time to play them, jackpots can go anytime. Average payout means that jackpots have come in lower and higher, so there is no magic formula. The Aztec’s Millions win mentioned above is a big example of this. If we tracked it, we would have it down as a ‘No’ regarding the likelihood it would pay out.

New Progressive Jackpot: Keep an eye on the Dream Drops jackpot from Relax Gaming. While that jackpot is currently only available on the developer’s Temple Tumble 2 slot, they have revealed they will add it to another shortly. This jackpot could grow to become a rival to some of the top ones in the table below.
