Our Weekly Jackpot Report for March Week 5 updates you on the biggest jackpots. WowPot and Mega Moolah are now above £9 million! (Image by Pepi Stojanovski at unsplash.com)
It’s that time of the week again where we give you the full lowdown of how the major progressive jackpot slots and networks have faired in the past week. Have any paid out? Which is worth playing? Which should you avoid?
Those are the questions, and more, that you will find the answer to in this article. We analyse each jackpot by looking at how long it has been since it last paid out, its average payout frequency, as well as the current size of the jackpot and its average payout amount.
Using that information, we give you our opinion on whether you should play that jackpot. For example, a jackpot that has recently paid out, and is therefore small, is probably not worth it.
The big news from this week, aside from all jackpots still standing, is that you now have two progressive jackpot titles worth over £9 million to go for! Both from the Microgaming super network, the WowPot and Mega Moolah progressive jackpots are closing in on the 8-figure mark.
Currently, the WowPot Mega is worth £9,547,601 and the Mega Moolah is sitting at £9,226,834! If the latter goes another week without a winner claiming it, there’s a good chance it will be worth over £10 million in our next report. That’s going on the fact that it has grown around £700k in size for at least the past two weeks. If you look at our last jackpot report, you will see that it was previously worth £9,284,794.
Playtech’s Jackpot Giant is Worth a Look Too!
Next on the list in terms of size is Playtech’s progressive jackpot slot, Jackpot Giant. This has now grown to €6,375,436, which is well past its average payout. Plus, it has now been 940 days since it last created a multi-millionaire. Previously, this jackpot paid out every 159 days on average, so this is now bursting at the seams and ready to make somebody’s day. Imagine 7-digits and becoming an overnight millionaire at the click of a button.
As for the rest, most are worth a look aside from perhaps the Mega Fortune, and Hall of Gods jackpot slots from NetEnt. While both are due to pay in terms of their payout frequency, neither has grown enough to offer a jackpot larger than their average payout amount. That said, they could still pop at any time, so it’s not necessarily a bad idea to play them.
That’s it for our progressive jackpot report for March week 5, but don’t forget to check-in which we’ll be changing the name of the report to reflect the week of the year, so look out for our ‘Casino Plus Bonus Weekly Progressive Jackpot Report – Week 4’.
