SOFTSWISS, one of the world’s leading content aggregation platforms, has expanded the Managed Services it offers to clients by adding a Player Reactivation service. While it gave the service a soft launch in 2021, it has now launched platform-wide and is now available for all clients to make use of. During the soft launch, only a few handpicked clients could take advantage of this service that helps to bring back dormant or inactive players to online casinos.

The service is currently available in Russian, English, and German, but we expect new languages to get added down the line. The main of the Player Reactivation service is to deal with players that, for whatever reason, have displayed a decrease in gaming activity. When these players have been identified, the service will contact them via email, telephone, SMS, or messengers to see what they can do to bring them back. The team will contact any player that has not played for at least two weeks.

SOFTSWISS has started 2022 with an emphasis on improving further the excellent products and services that it offers to clients. Its Managed Services, in particular, is receiving a ton of improvements. This latest news follows SOFTSWISS, revealing in January that its customer service department will now operate on a 24/7 basis.

The Player Reactivation Service falls under the category of a SOFTSWISS-managed service alongside:

  • 1st Line Support: This is the service that handles requests, complaints, and queries from players at clients’ online casinos.
  • Player Retention: This department focuses on generating increased player loyalty via the use of email marketing.
  • VIP Player Support: This is a support team dedicated to the biggest spenders at online casinos.
  • Anti-Fraud Support: This department works to prevent many types of fraud.

SOFTSWISS offers an out-of-the-box white-label casino solution. Via the firm’s aggregation platform, clients can launch a fully customised online casino or sportsbook without having to handle many important aspects such as payments, licensing, developing partnerships with iGaming development companies, or customer support.

SOFTSWISS is a casino aggregation platform that is looking to build on a record-breaking 2021. Last year, the company that powers many online casinos including N1 Casino and BitKingz, more than doubled its year on year GGR to 200 million. That growth is the primary reason SOFTSWISS can now increase staff and improve the current services that it offers.
